Wootability
This is a pretty standard deal for a refurbished LCD monitor nowadays. Good resolution, but not great, so a good price, but not great. Westinghouse has been seen a lot on Woot! lately with mixed reviews, but mostly positive. The price of LCD monitors will continute to drop in the coming months. I would hold off on this deal for a while. Soon you will be able to buy a new LCD of this size much, much cheaper.
